Sublimotion does not just serve food, but it offers a lot more. A meal at this restaurant costs approximately $2000 per person and besides food, offers virtual reality features such as laser light shows, map projections, and interactive tables for video projections.
The complete show is curated by a Michelin-starred chef Paco Roncero who has been awarded two Michelin stars till date. Accommodating, 12 guests at a time on a single table, it is titled as the ‘World’s most expensive restaurant’.
Located in Ibiza, Sublimotion is handled by a staff of 25 people including chefs, servers, DJs, craftsmen, and illusionists. With presentation like desserts in balloons, self-mixing drinks, roof-dropping plates.
