The biggest Prime Day sale has been kicked off and as the users were very excited to buy the things, the website crashed and the world struggled to order anything. Many reported that Amazon’s website had crashed, showing them only an error message that read: “sorry, something went wrong on our end.”

The users also tried using the site on their mobile phones but the same error message came every time they opened the website. Others also reported experiencing problems with Amazon’s video streaming services and its virtual assistant Alexa. The major issue occurred in the US but the users in different continent also faced the problem.
Many were unable to complete purchases at checkout, while others reported that the “deals” page and “Shop all deals” button had disappeared from the site.
