BJP President Amit Shah on Friday said that the construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya will take place before the 2019 general elections. BJP National Executive member Perala Sekharjee talked to the media about the meeting held at the BJP’s Telangana office.
However, according to the reports, BJP denied the media agency report of Amit Shah making assurances on Ram Mandir in a meeting in Hyderabad yesterday, said “no such matter was even on the agenda”

“Considering the developments, I believe that construction of Ram temple will begin before the coming general elections,” Perala Sekharjee quoted Mr Shah as saying. In the meeting, Amit Shah told the party members that the steps will be taken to clear the decks for launching construction of the temple before the polls.

Amit Shah arrived in Hyderabad on Friday. The BJP chief told his party colleagues to prepare strategies to bring the party to power in the state.
