Summers can make your skin dry and you may come down with pimples and allergies. Here are some things that can be done to save your skin from the Sun this summer.

Apply sunscreen

Sunscreen is a must on a summer day. You cannot go out in the heat without putting on sunscreen. Apply a sunscreen with high SPF, 30 minutes before you go out. Sunscreens not only save your skin from tanning but, also protect your skin from the terrible UV rays that can even cause skin cancer. You should reapply sunscreen in every 2 hours to protect your skin.

Protect your skin

It is important to protect your skin from Sun’s rays. Between 10 am to 3 pm the UV rays are very strong. Your skin should not be unprotected at any time in these hours. Whenever you go out you should carry a scarf or an umbrella. Your skin should be covered as much as possible and the cloth material should not be itchy.
