President Kovind gives nod to Governor’s rule in Jammu and Kashmir

Date:

President Ram Nath Kovind has given nod to Governor’s rule in the state of Jammu and Kashmir after Governor NN Vohra forwarded his report to him. It came after BJP on Monday pulled out the plug and broke its alliance with PDP, leaving Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti with nothing else rather than resigning.
