Many factors are detrimental to living a longer healthier life, especially for adults. Some of them include eating healthy, reducing alcohol, and quitting smoking.
A study suggested by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health wherein researchers took out a data of 34 years from females and 27 years from males, respectively.
According to the research, the five factors, if followed religiously can make adults live ten years longer than their usual age. If compared with those who do not follow any of these practices, the life expectancy is much shorter.
By following healthy lifestyle habits, one stays happy, feeling younger and healthier. Public health bodies should, however, lay more emphasis on healthy food for a healthy lifestyle.
