NASA identifies 2400 alien planets

Date:

NASA has identified 2400 alien planets with the help of the planet-finder revolving around faraway stars in varied solar systems. These planets according to the reports, do not know about the lives on the other planets as they are distances apart.

Though it is difficult for these planets to study about the lives on the other planets, they will change the way we see the universe.

The Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite has been launched from Cape Canaveral on the SpaceX Falcon 9 Rocket.

This satellite is expected to be a discovery machine through which a variety of exoplanets are proposed to be discovered.

The craft in the size of a minibus is equipped with four wide-field cameras that can spot dips in light while the planets pass in front of their stars.

This spacecraft will supposedly move within 100,000 kilometres of the earth and will be able to spot 170,000 stars.
