Rajiv Shukla misses the RS bus 

High profile Congress MP Rajiv Shukla missed the deadline to file the Rajya Sabha nomination from Gujarat and he had to return back from the airport. Sources say, Shukla was cleared as a last minute candidate and failed to find a flight at the Delhi airport that could have taken him to Gandhinagar well before the 3 pm deadline today.
