IWD 2018: Sushma Swaraj wins Social Media power woman crown

Celebrating Women’s Day every year on the 8th of March, the social media poll conducted today gave us an insight as to which woman according to Indians is the power woman.

Even though every single woman in the country deserves all the honour and respect and deserves to be treated with immense love and dignity.

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj’s people connect was visible as she won the NewsMobile mood of the social Media poll on power women in India.
The poll which reached over five lakh FB users across India.

Sushma Won more than fifty percent of the votes.

In the early round Former Congress President Sonia Gandhi was leading but Swaraj soon trounced her getting a sizeable lead, but Sonia Gandhi was able to give a tough competition with more than thirty percent of the votes to herself.

The senior BJP Minister also edged out Bollywood starlets Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone besides sport stars Mithali Raj and PV Sindhu.

Swaraj with her huge people connect has managed to create a fan following on social Media and the edge was apparent.
