KriArj Entertainment shared Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s first look from the movie Fanne Khan on Tuesday. In the film, Aishwarya will be seen sharing screen space with Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao. As per reports, the movie is a remake of a Dutch movie titled Everybody’s Famous, which was nominated in the Best Foreign Language Film category in 2001.
The picture revealed by KriArj Entertainment shows Aishwarya sporting a black top which is layered with camouflage jacket with studs. The redhead look is accessorised with a handbag and stylish shades.
The media report claims that Aishwarya plays a singer in the movie and she did not want to compromise with the looks, so the filmmakers roped in designer Manish Malhotra to style her.

Adman Atul Manjrekar, who is a long-time associate of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, will be directing the film, and it also marks him as debutant filmmaker.
In the movie, Rajkummar Rao is paired opposite of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who is 10 years senior to him. Earlier, according to DNA AfterHrs report, the makers were mulling over to add a scene and a few dialogues addressing the age difference.
A source said, “Should the age difference not be mentioned at all? In real life as well as in films, there are so many pairs where the woman is older than the man. At the same time, the audience will notice and wonder about the age difference. So, we will add a few lines justifying the age difference, though Aishwarya and Raj are very well-matched.”
Virindrra Arora of KriArj Entertainment had also revealed about working with this star cast, saying, “Fanne Khan for us is a combination of great talent with sheer enigma on the silver screen. Anil Kapoor Sir, who is a powerhouse of talent, & Rakeysh ji, who is a brilliant filmmaker, and Aishwarya’s charisma, all put together, will surely lit up the screen. It will be one of our most cherished release of 2018.”

The movie will hit the screens on April 13.
