An Army personnel who was injured in a firing earlier this morning, succumbed to his injuries. He was caught in a crossfire along with his daughter when terrorists entered an Army family quarter in Sunjwan area of Jammu and Kashmir early this morning.
The state police have now informed that three security personnel and a civilian had suffered injuries in the attack.
The Home Minister, Rajnath Singh has directed the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to immediately launch a probe into the attack.
He also spoke to the Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police (DGP), SP Vaid regarding this matter.

Meanwhile, the security forces have cordoned off the area and are conducting a search and combing operation.
