India on Friday celebrates the 69th Republic Day, security has been beefed up across the nation. This year for the first time ever in the history of India, leaders of 10 Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries – Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Myanmar (Burma), Cambodia, Laos and Brunei are visiting India as the chief guests of Republic Day parade in the national capital.
