While people look up to the media to know about the latest happenings around the country and the world, there is a huge turmoil happening around the media industry with hundreds of regular journalists and staffs losing their job on a daily basis.

Some big media houses are reportedly firing people and harsh cruelty in the media industry remains with such instances. Recently, Dainik Bhaskar which claims to be the number one newspaper in the country, till date 200 employees from Dainik Bhaskar are terminated and remaining degraded and transferred to distant places within last 2 months. Employees from Delhi, Shimla, Haryana, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and from other parts of India are subjected to this harsh action by the owners after the Supreme Court verdict.

Another daily, The Hindu is all set for their second layoff, where they have informally asked the employees to start searching for other jobs, according to the sources.

NDTV is another media house which has sacked several IT and Tech staffs recently and few other cameramen are in the red zone of being sacked, according to the reports.
