New Delhi: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Monday hit out at Pakistan Advisor on Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz, for holding visas of Pakistani nationals to come to India for medical treatment.

In a series of tweets, Swaraj said Sartaj Aziz should consider Pakistani nationals who are seeking medical visas fro their treatment in India.

Sushma Swaraj further said that she sees no reason why Pakistani authorities are not recommending the nationals of their own country.

In another tweet, Swaraj attacked Aziz as she said India also has a pending visa application for Avantika Jadhav (mother of Kulbhushan Jadhav) who wants to visit Pakistan to meet her son.

Sushma Swaraj also wrote a personal letter to Sartaj Aziz seeking the grant of Avantika Jadhav’s visa to Pakistan. But the letter was not even acknowledged by Aziz.

Meanwhile, Sushma Swaraj assured Pakistani nationals that their visas will be issued immediately with recommendations from Sartaj Aziz.
