In one of the bizarre ways of tracing girl’s location, Meerut IPS Sukriti Madhav befriended a girl who ran away from her house after being upset from the family to trace her.

munir-khan-appointed-as-new-inspector-general-of-police-in-kashmirIPS Sukriti carefully laid out the plan to bring her back to the family. IPS contacted one of the girl’s good friend and she talked to the girl over her friend’s phone and eventually managed to gain her trust to become her friend.
She later explained the plan to her friend and IPS Sukriti got to know that the girl was in Gujarat. IPS officer gradually managed to persuade her to come to Delhi. She came back to Delhi by train where the police recovered the girl safely.
