In an airstrike, carried out by the Iraqi fighter jets against the Islamic State group outside Mosul, killed more than 100 militants.
As per a report, a government statement confirmed the news.
As per the statement the strikes hit three ISIS targets in Baaj, which is a remote northwestern town near the Syrian border, killing around 150-200 militants.
The officials also said that the militants had crossed over from Syria, which indictes that ISIS still enjoys free movement across the borders.
