Five members of a family were critically injured after 20 armed dacoits attacked their house near Garobadha Lower Primary School, about 500 meters from Garobadha outpost in West Garo Hills district of Meghalaya.
Police said quoting delayed reports that the attack took place on January 24 and the five critically injured persons were Tapan Ghosh (55), his wife Geetarani Ghosh and sons Taposh Ghosh and Rajesh Ghosh and their aunt Suchitra Ghosh.
