The German automobile manufacturer, Porsche, has unveiled a new range of 911 GTS which ditches the old model’s naturally-aspirated 3.8-litre engine and gets an all new 3.0-litre turbocharged engine with added power and efficiency.
The upgraded version of 911 GTS uses a 3.0-litre turbocharged straight six engine that makes 450 hp of power and 550 Nm of torque. New GTS models will be available in rear wheel drive and all wheel drive options. Along with the PDK automatic transmission, all the models will also be offered with 7-speed manual gearbox.

The full 911 GTS range consists of five models: Carrera GTS, Carrera GTS Cabriolet, Carrera 4 GTS, Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet and the Targa 4 GTS. Among all, the 911 Carrera 4 GTS (Coupe) is the fastest off the line, it take s about 3.6 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h with all wheel drive system and PDK transmission.

The new GTS also gets Porsche’s Active Suspension Management system as standard that makes the car lower by about 10 mm and a Sport Chrono pack, which tacks on dynamic engine mounts and a sports exhaust system.
The exterior design has also received a few minor updates such as tweaked front fascia, a larger rear spoiler and updated headlights and taillights similar to the other cars of current 911 family. All models come with new 20-inch black alloy wheels. The rear wheel drive models gets a black strip between the taillights.
