Sushma Swaraj, in past, helped many Indians who were needy and especially in the cases pertaining passports and visa issues. Recently Sushma Swaraj has shown a helping gesture by launching ‘Twitter seva’ to help the people who require help. All they have to do is send a tweet to the Indian embassy or authority involved while tweeting it to Swaraj as well.
An elderly person posted a video on Youtube in which he tells that he is stuck in France for four years and says that he is in a very helpless condition. Further he says that he was planning to come back to India in 2013 with his wife but was diagnosed with the lymphoma cancer. He said he tried a lot of times to come back to his nation, but wasn’t successful. He is now requesting the authorities to help him and his wife get back to India, somehow.
Sushma Swaraj immediately posted on her twitter:
Mohan – Pl contact this couple immediately and send them back to India at our expense. https://t.co/6IdSKDRZy9 @Indian_Embassy

And got a reply from Mohan Kumar, who is the Indian ambassador in Paris and Monaco.
@SushmaSwaraj @Indian_Embassy @YouTube We are taking immediate action on this Ma’am. Respects, Mohan
