The late Tamil Nadu chief minister Jayalalithaa Jayaram, 68, who passed away after being in the hospital for 75 days was a popular movie star before switching careers and venturing into politics.
The nation grieved and tributes poured in for J Jayalalithaa from the Tamil film industry, who passed away here on Monday, after a 75-day battle for life at the Apollo Hospital. Twitter was over-poured with tributes and wishes for the popular leader of people, famously called as ‘Amma’.
