Amid the logjam in the Parliament over opposition’s demand to Prime Minister to speak in the upper house on Demonetisation move by the government, PM Modi was expected to speak in the house on Thursday, but the proceedings in the upper house didn’t go smoothly after lunch as Prime Minister didn’t go to the Rajya Sabha and opposition created a ruckus demanding PM Modi’s presence during the discussion of Demonetisation.
In the recently conducted survey on the PM Modi App, over 90% of the respondents backed the PM’s move on demonetisation.
