Thousands of residents woke up panicking as an earth quake rattled Delhi NCR with the epicentre very close to the national capital. According to the USGS, it was a Magnitude 4.2 earthquake, 14 km from Bawal, Haryana reported at 4:29 AM.
“The whole bed was shaking,” said Sukriti Singh a Gurgaon resident.

Delhi is in Earthquake prone zone, and often received such tremors from nearby regions.
Though, no loss was reported, when this report was filed.
