Jindal advised her for an X-ray and when she visited the hospital with the report she was asked to wait.

When the hospital OPD closed, Jindal took her to his friend in Dwarka on the pretext that he would help her get a job in an NGO.

Later, he took her to his flat in southwest Delhi’s Dwarka area and raped her there, he said, adding the doctor also allegedly threatened her with dreadful consequences, if she reported the matter to police.
