2 held as gang of arms supplier busted in UP

Muzaffarnagar, Sep 1 (PTI) Police today claimed to havebusted a gang of arms supplier here following arrest of twopersons and seizure of a cache of arms and ammunition fromtheir possession. Sarvan Kumar and Iqbal were arrested and five pistols, agun and a large number of cartridges were seized from them bythe officials of the New Mandi police station, SeniorSuperintendent of Police (SSP) Deepak Kumar told reporters. During interrogation, they have "confessed" to theirinvolvement in illegal arms trade, the SSP claimed. PTI CORKIS RTKIS
