Announcing the project on Independence Day, Akshay Kumar took to his official Facebook handle with the first look poster of the film with the caption that read,

While the film is all set to release in 2017, the leading lady and the theme is yet to be revealed. The charismatic pair and their impressive track record are impeccable and we look forward to yet another blockbuster on the charts.
