Gymnasts Lee Eun-Ju of South Korea and Hong Un-jong of North Korea happily snapped a selfie together in a true testament to the Olympic spirit.
The selfie, being hailed as the most iconic picture to come out of the Rio Olympics so far, comes at a time when the two Koreas are still at war with each other. The tension has been escalating between the two recently, after missile launches from Pyongyang.
Twitter was abuzz with praises and concerns about the picture.

Both the gymnasts competed as individual qualifiers. This is 17-year-old Lee Eun-ju’s first Olympics and Hong Un-jong’s third. Hong took home the gold medal in vault in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
