Looking at the success of the film they postponed the renovation plans. The film ran for over 75 weeks in Albine Cinema in Toronto – which was even more than many Hollywood films.

11. Legendary actor Anupam Kher had facial paralysis while he enacted the famous sholay scene of Dharmendra remembered till date.
