Indian sets the Wold Record

Date:

The jubilation didn’t stop, as Neeraj Chopra won the Javelin Throw. He became the First Indian world champion, at any level to win a gold with a U-20 world record of 86.48m in final, at the World Championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

An 18-year-old from the Panipat district, of Haryana, broke many of the past records. Though, the joy might be a little less, as he could not qualify for Rio Olympics.
