Date:

In a latest development in the Sheena Bora murder case, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is expected to file a chargesheet by the end of November.

News agency ANI was told by a CBI official that the investigative agency has readied a watertight case. The chargesheet in the case will have the statements of witnesses, statements recorded before the magistrate, call records, DNA samples, and other documents.

As per the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), CBI has to file the chargesheet in the case within 90 days of the arrest, failing which the accused will get a default bail.
