Modi to settle exam blues

Date:

New Delhi: As students across the country are busy preparing for their board and competitive examinations, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said that he is planning to host a special episode of his radio programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’ for them.

Modi took to Twitter on Monday to confirm the subject of this month’s radio programme and tweeted: “Was thinking about this month’s radio prog & thought…why not share ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with students preparing for board & competitive exams.”

He further urged the students and teachers to share their experiences which could motivate and inspire students who are preparing for exams.

I urge students, parents & teachers to share exam experiences that would inspire youngsters & even motivate them in exam preparation.

Through his monthly radio address ‘Mann Ki Baat’, the PM has so far addressed several issues including cleanliness, drug abuse and governance.

The Prime Minister on January 27 was joined by US President Barack Obama, who jointly addressed the nation. Over the course of 35 minutes, Modi and Obama fielded questions that had come in from across the country ranging from their personal inspirations to their vision for a shared future.

Modi has been addressing the nation over radio every month since October last through the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme.
