Misri appointed Ambassador to Spain

New Delhi: Vikram Misri has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Spain. He is a 1989 batch IFS officer.

Formerly he was India’s deputy high commissioner inÂ Sri Lanka. Prior to that he was director to theÂ external affairsminister during the tenure of Pranab Mukherjee.Â
