New Delhi: The man always in a hurry, Arvind Kejriwal, received another setback when Solicitor-General Mohan Parasaran said the case filed by the Delhi government led by him against the Centre was illegal as states have no jurisdiction in the matter of gas pricing, which fell under the Union government.
Those named in the FIR can approach the Delhi High Court or the Supreme Court, he said.
The Delhi government acted in haste while filing the FIR against against Union Petroleum Minister Veerappa Moily, former petroleum minister Murali Deora, Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani and former director-general of hydrocarbons V K Sibal accusing them of involvement in corruption in the case, he said.
