Insiders say that the real brain and key person in AAP is the Party ideologue Prashant Bhushan. A 57-year-old lawyer, activist and politician, Bhushan is noted for his use of public interest litigation to support a number of causes related to corruption, environmental protection and human rights. He is known to be as a close aid of Arvind Kejriwal, ever since these two have joined hands to fight against corruption.
He plays a major role in taking decision. However, there have been instances when he had been seen under the radar of the party supremo, Kejriwal and other senior leaders like Kumar Vishwas and Yogendra Yadav for his comments made in public domain. But he has managed well to avoid the spat getting public.
